Music composer
I am a Liverpool-based media composer writing bespoke and production music. My music is published by leading libraries Warner Chappell, Universal and BMG, and regularly heard worldwide on TV and radio.
Notable recent film and TV placements include Trolls Band Together (Dreamworks), Palmer (Apple TV) and The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina (Netflix).
My music has been placed in adverts for leading brands such as Samsung, Fanta, Chronoswiss and Hardy’s.
My musical education began as a Chorister at the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral, studying piano and music theory. I toured in Spain and Japan, and in 1991, I performed in the première of Paul McCartney’s ‘The Liverpool Oratorio‘.
I have acted as music composer for theatre, as well as composing the score for short films, and contributing to the score of feature film ‘Eyes Wide Open’.
In 2020, I composed the score and original songs for the independent feature musical film ‘Perfectly Frank, which won Best Score at the Birmingham Film Festival.
I hold an MA in Professional Media Composition from ThinkSpace Education (University of Chichester).
